DBT Daily worksheets were created by Jennifer Wu, LCSW, an intensively trained DBT therapist.  Jennifer Wu is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) who has over 20 years of experience providing individual, group and couples therapy in Austin, TX.  She is an intensively trained DBT therapist and has been leading DBT Skills groups for 14 years.  She has been a member of DBT Associates of Austin since 2008, the first established consultation team in the city. 


In her private practice, Jennifer leads four DBT Skills groups and one RODBT Skills group each week and has created six DBT Advanced groups (where she utilizes her DBT Daily Worksheets).  Her constant interactions with clients at all stages of treatment gives her a wide range of knowledge and understanding about common issues people are struggling with and how to use DBT coping skills to make long-lasting progress.
