DBT Daily Self-Help tools are a unique, creative, and effective resource that can help anyone

It is specifically designed for self-motivated learners who want an efficient, enjoyable, and affordable way to receive mental health and relationship help from a DBT approach. 

Each worksheet and two coaching videos averages 45-60 minutes worth of time. 

 Read below to find out how you can get the most of these DBT Daily Self-Help resources.

What to do:

Step 1:

 Watch the "Before" coaching video to receive orientation to the worksheet, extra DBT insights from a therapist, and tips on how to process the information on your own.

Step 2:

Read through and process the worksheet on your own, using the journaling spaces to write in your own thoughts and insights. 

step 3:

Watch the "After" coaching video to receive encouragement, solidify insights, and walk away with a specific action plan

  • Coaching from an intensively trained DBT therapist on how to apply a combination of DBT skills to common yet complex struggles and symptoms people may have

  • Review of specific DBT skills are listed in an index at the bottom of each worksheet

  • Intentional questions and exploration journaling spaces to help you process the information from a CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), Psychodynamic, and DBT perspective.
